Is purchasing online safe?

 
All your orders are encrypted through our secure server to ensure your absolute protection. Our credit card transactions are processed through PayPal, safeguarding your sensitive information and allowing you to feel at ease with all online purchases.

Why are you not answering my emails?

 
In Most Cases, if you received no reply from us, you may have a Junk Mail folder that automatically sorts your emails as Junk Mail. Check your Junk/Mail Folder for our reply. It is also possible that we did not get enough information from your original email to properly answer your question. Although we will always reply with a request for more information about your question, all emails are answered in the order they are received, it can take up to 24 hours for a reply during holiday seasons or weekends. Typically, questions sent after noon Friday will not be answered until the following Monday.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

 
Every package shipped includes a tracking number for you convenience. This number will automatically be sent to you within 12 hours of your package being shipped.

Do you ship to Canada and Internationally?

Yes we do ship around the world.

What is the cost to ship Canada and International?

 
Canadian and International buyers will pay actual shipping charges at time of purchase. Please email us at: customersupport@wecoveryourworld.net  for current shipping charges.
Canadian and International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are added once the shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for these duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We at wecoveryourworld.net have no control over these charges and are not able to tell you what they might be.

When will my order be processed?

 
Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours after receiving your order. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or email. If the delay is due to a backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder or substitute to another item or even cancel your order.

Why is my order on hold?

 
Orders may be delayed due to incorrect address information, different shipping and billing information, or availability of the product. If your order is on hold, please contact our customer service department.

When will my purchase arrive?

 
Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) depending on what part of the United States you live in. Shipping on oversize or custom items can take a few days longer to get to your location. If your item arrives and is damaged please make a claim with your UPS or FedEx driver immediately !!!

How to measure your boat!

Length: First measure the overall length of the boat from the nose to the stern on a straight plane. Do not measure over the windshield. Next measure the width.

Width Measure the width at the widest part of your boat (usually in the middle of the boat) in a straight plane.

How to measure your RV!

When measuring your Class A RV or some other recreational vehicle do not go by the manufacturer specifications. (Please physically measure your RV).

The most important measurement is the length.

Measure your RV from end to end including bumpers, ladders, bike racks and even the spare tire.

For the Height measurement measure from the top of your RV

(do not included the air conditioner) to the bottom of the body of the RV.

Now compare your measurements to our measurements of the RV cover you are looking for.

How about air conditioners and other roof equipment?

All of our covers are meant to go over air conditioners. The cover will just ride a little higher on each side of your RV where the roof equipment is. You do not add the air conditioner as part of your overall height.

Return Policy

We at WeCoverYourWorld.net want you to have a quality product that suits your needs. You have 15 days from the time of shipment to return an item for a refund. Please contact us via telephone or e-mail so we can issue a Return Authorization Number. The RGA # and return address will be emailed to you. Write the RGA # on the outside of the box.  Please note that if there is no defect in the item, shipping charges will not be refunded, along with a 25% Restocking/Handling fee. Customer service will need the original credit card number and expiration date for all returns.  We do not keep any credit card information on file. 

Please Note: Returnable items need to be in their original package and unopened. We can not accept returns if the product has been used or installed, as these items tend to be damaged and will not be refundable.  

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package.

WeCoverYourWorld.net cannot accept any packages freight collect or C.O.D. All packages must be shipped prepaid. Returns must be inspected before final decisions are made on credits. 

All credit card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

If the cover does not fit properly, it may be due to your vehicle is larger than the manufacturer specs.  Always measure your vehicle before you purchase a cover! 

Within 15 days from the time of shipment, you may exchange your non-custom or non-special order product for another, provided that your product is still in new and unused condition.  You will have to pay for all shipping cost along with a 25% Restocking/Handling fee. Your replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect your returned item. An RGA # will be issued so that you may return your product. If you need your replacement immediately, you may consider placing a new order.   Customer service will need the original credit card number and expiration date for all returns.  We do not keep any credit card information on file.

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Money Orders, Cashier Checks or Personal Checks. We do not accept international credit cards.
ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE IN U.S. CURRENCY.
ALL PERSONAL CHECK, MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER CHECKS and E- CHECK SHIPMENTS WILL BE HELD TILL CHECKS CLEAR.

Sales Tax

9.75% Sales tax is charged on all items shipped in the state Illinois.
9.25% Sales tax is charged on all items shipped in the state California.
